Breastfeeding is a human right
The mother has the right to breastfeed and the small child has the right to breastfeed.
In the same way that every child has the right to breastfeeding, mothers also have the right to breastfeed their babies guaranteed by law. The international convention on the rights of the child establishes that public authorities, institutions and employers must offer adequate conditions for breastfeeding for all women. This means that women who work outside the home have the right to breastfeed their children even when they are working.
